Our church is encouraging families to make time Together this week~

As we read our bible story and watched the videos,

we were happy to take a photo celebrating we are pretty much always Together!

First Day in our New Space~

Today was our first day in the new improved schoolroom

and it sure was wonderful...

having everyone in their own space~

The little girls had new cutting books today~

which led to watching adorable otter videos and our NewSpring Church video!

And that led to everyone wanting to put on their new NewSpring tshirts given to them Sunday~

And that required a photo!

After the little girls finished their table work they moved on to math.

They seem to need a new activity each time they go here so I made up...

Number in the Bag game:

They pulled a number, named it, and made a unifix cube train that long~

Listening to stories was a favorite of course~

We read The Tree Lady and The Gruffalo!

WELL SJ actually read the Gruffalo to us and we LOVED it~

(Everyone built with legos while they listened!)

She also played hangman with the littles (her idea).

I think we have a teacher on our hands!!!

We also have a new dice game and it is a favorite for everyone 

 Big girls and boys play as rules specify

 and little girls just play by matching same numbers.

Whatever way they played, it was definitely FUN!!!!!

Sweetness over the Weekend~

Evie loves her hair and doesn't it show~

LOVED having Ben Curtis, Savannah, and Josh here on Saturday

and 5 of the littles are all in the same class @ NewSpring until August~

Ms. Kim is their fav and can't wait to see her each week!!!

We LOVE our church!!!

What Easter is All About~ {He is Alive!}

Out of nowhere while riding in the car, Evie asked if Jesus could live in her heart.

Scott and I are always talking about Jesus and we have a special bible time each morning

so not sure why this question surprised us so much but it did.

This morning our Blessing reading was about Jesus being in the tomb~

There were many questions and I did my best to answer.

I came upon this book this week while cleaning out so we read it together.

It was the sweetest thing to see the last page with Rosemary's name written on it.

A big example for all the littles.

It was the perfect time to share where the Logo for our church NewSpring came from~

Can you see it? Our pastor posted the last photo on IG today

and gave us more to discuss about Jesus.

He didn't need his own burial tomb... It was borrowed because~

He wasn't staying! HE IS ALIVE... He ain't in there!!!

EK is the first of the 6 to give her life to Jesus and I look forward to the other 5 trusting Him too!

Our children began a new series @ Kidspring this Sunday called Crowned
and the bitty girls met the princesses~

Weekend Catch Ups~

Saturday was just a day of hanging out doing whatever~

LOVED seeing SJ pick up the book we read a couple of times this week

and read it to WP... makes a mom's heart happy!

Sunday was church and the girls did even better this week.

They went in with Ms Ally and didn't even cry when they shut the door.

There was tears when I picked up because Evie didn't get to meet the pirate

in the video... she cheered up when we watched it again on my phone.

Just never know what to expect in these little trusting hearts.

Learning to expect anything and everything then just go with it~

AND I found all these awesome Leap Frog items in the $1 aisle at Target!!!

They have really come in handy this week during learning time!

Thrill of Hope~ {NewSpring Church}

Our church NewSpring is celebrating Christmas through the weekend until Wednesday evening.

We kept our normal time so our kids would experience the familiar~

It was a beautiful morning celebrating!!!

My mom came down to love on the littles 

while Scott and I went back in the evening with our big girls/friends~

 Scott and I loved experiencing the celebration with our 'adult' kids~

 Certainly put everyone in the Christmas spirit~

Weekend Fun~

It was so wonderful to have Amelia home this weekend with Rosie.

They along with their sweet boys were in and out and we loved it.

The biggest news was for Rosie.

She and the other bigs have all driven a little red jeep that used to be Scott's until they graduated high school.

Saturday morning up bright and early she and her dad headed to the car dealership for a big surprise~

Stopped by to see Nana and BC on the way home then made it back around noon!

SO happy for baby original and her well deserved new car.

Sunday was a huge day at NewSpring Church and we all received new tshirts~

The afternoon's fun was a cornhole tournament with the bigs~

In which... Scott and I beat the pants off them. haha

This morning the littles could be found cleaning up from a weekend of play...

organizing the play garage and WP rolling the garbage can back down the drive for his dad.

Some have servant hearts and others are learning.

Aren't we all?!?!?

LOVE a tutu swimsuit and the boys' suits just fit. LOL

They both took off swimmies today and to their surprise could still swim... jumped off the diving board all afternoon!!!

Jeff challenged wives to show our husbands respect and tell them.

Husbands were challenged to send their wives flowers just because.

I clearly told him he did NOT have to do that since we are trying to raise funds for China.

Ummm, he didn't listen but I respect his committment to our marriage and just look~

Totally admitting it made me feel very special and so loved!

Rosie was SO excited to meet her small group @ NewSpring Church this morning after an awesome week @ Guantlet~

 The littles all got signed up for their classes and LOVED it~

Evie would have NO part of it so we enjoyed time together watching worship in the lobby~

{Didn't expect her to and Payne did well only because he and WP are stuck like glue!}

Each little came home with a goody bag and a BIG lollipop~

And where better to enjoy them than in the POOL~

Perfect place to wash off all that sticky. :)
