Day 70 of my Yoga practice~
Finally I can listen and practice without my eyes being glued to the screen.
Haven't felt so healthy and strong in a very long time.

  1. It's Pilates for me - be doing it two hours a week for 14 months - and it has changed my life. I feel so strong and good! Keep it up! You will be glad you did!
