Happy Forever 3 months Payne~

Today was EK's last day as a seven year old and tomorrow she will be eight!!!

It will also be Payne's Forever 3 months so I thought I would share how he's doing.

Here is the first glance of our sweet boy in Taiyuan, Shanxi on Jan 7~

   Is it me or does he just have a baby face and that little scratch on his nose... he looked a little unsure here but came to us open hearted and never looked back! 

One month later in February~

Two months in March~

Three months in April~

Payne is a very happy easy going boy. 

Loves his mommy and daddy. 

Adores his siblings and really gets along with each of them so well. 

SO kind and gentle.

Understands everything we say to him and has begun to use some English but for the most part still speaking Chinese.

Sleeps from 8-8 and then naps 1-4... great sleeper!

Loves anything with wheels but very ok to play my little pony with the girls when they have all that out.   

Eats everything put in front of him and more. (MORE is one of the English words he knows!)

Very smart and already does so well in school. 

Enjoys playing with WP/the girls but also likes to play by himself.

Begun to make WP know what he wants to do and not.

Very tender hearted and is sad when anyone is hurt or sick.

Definitely doesn't ever want to be in trouble.

Likes to be held in the mornings when he wakes up.      

Protects and gives in to Evie every single time.

Very polite... always says thank you, bless you, you're welcome. :)

Started saying... Yes man (yes mam).

Goes crazy when his daddy comes home.

Smiles big when I go in to get him up.

Still adjusting to family life and bonding. (really hasn't grieved his losses so giving him lots of security to allow him the opportunity)

All in all a beautiful, wonderful son!!!

Psalm 127:3-5

Sons are a heritage from the LORD, children a reward from him. 

Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth.  Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. 

They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.
