Huge Praise~

Scott sold another one! Another house that he completely renovated...
Not long after he began working an older couple stopped by to take a look... Scott came home completely in awe~ they wanted it and he wasn't even finished with updates.
The back deck was rotted so had to be replaced~
There was a broken down garage which Scott tore down and replaced with a new one... not to mention all the yard work that had to be done~
 Then to the inside:
Kitchen: Painted cabinets/new hardware and added dishwasher/stove~

Great Room: Painted, new hardwoods and light fixtures~

3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths redone: Paint, carpet, bathroom flooring, refinished vanity~

 Huge Praise
After 42 days of hard work, Scott closed on the property this morning and came home another step closer to China!
Thank You Jesus for providing for our two new blessings!!!

Scott's Hobby turned Big Work~

Scott decided he would turn his real estate hobby into a way back to China.
What started as a buy/flip adventure became a buy/fix-up/flip adventure.
He has spent countless hours working himself, overseeing contractors, and making decisions for the Athens St house he bought.
Even with a full time job, working at the barn, church responsibilities, and this house, he has not let his family down...
still home most nights to eat, hang out with us, help with bath and bedtime, etc.
Here are some before and after shots of his first flip~

Today ALL his hard work paid off... he sold and closed AND just in time because we had our social worker visit... fees were due.
(Our social worker was the same age as Savannah and as sweet as could be~ LOVED having her here visiting our home and THANKFUL that she is amending our home study to bring our 2 home.)~
SO proud of you honey for working so hard bringing our little ones home!!!

Colossians 3:24-5
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,  since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
