Holly's 6th Family Day~

Today we celebrated Holly's 6th Family Day with CFA and homemade Susan cookies!

We like to say Holly walked into our lives 'Holly'wood style. Just look at her outfit and sunglasses~

She and Evie were best friends from the very first day and sisters by the second~

It was wonderful to be in China with just the two of them so they could bond and we could become a new family~

Our trip was one of the best and we enjoyed all the outings and just look at those cute monograms!!!~

The miracle of this beautiful girl unfolds before our very eyes every single day~
She loves the color blue and eats everything in sight!
She loves to swim, bike, builds with legos, and copy books all day long.
She's this happy ALL the time and helps everyone!

What a miracle to be her mom and to witness all God has created her to be!!!
Love you HollyMei!!!

HollyMei Day~ {One Year}

HollyMei has been with us for one year
and the transformation redemption has been amazing to experience
from a very scared little girl~
 To one of joy and confidence~

From two complete strangers joined together as sisters~
 To being real sisters, twins, and the sweetest best friends they could ask for~
Sweet HollyMei, we couldn't love you more and so thankful God chose us to be your family!
You are so sweet, funny, and adorable!
Bless you forever on your HollyMei Day!!!

A Miracle Day {HollyMei Day}

What are miracles made of?
Exactly what Ephesians 3:20 says- Immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His powerthat is at work within us.
Answered prayer was certainly true today... God showed up BIG for us in SO many ways!

We left for civil affairs @ 8:30am and saw HollyMei for the first time about 9:30... Love at first sight!
She came in so quiet and shy... scared of what all the fuss was about.
There was much hustle and bustle and she cried when needed to use the restroom then again when the orphange peole left.

Made it back to hotel to get settled back down~
And it wasn't long before we had our first smiles... all thanks to bubbles~
I am not exageratting when I say they were pretty much BFFs from the beginning.
Evie is the BEST big sister!!!~
Praise The Lord we have our beautiful baby in our arms forever!!!~
Lots of love will bring joy to these precious eyes~
We painted toenails too and she was SO proud of them!!!~

Finished the day with a Chinese feast... Evie and Holly ate like they hadn't eaten in days when in reality they have been eating nonstop all day~
Thankful to have our little foursome united and finish out this trip to get back to the rest of our family!!!
We LOVE and MISS you all like crazy!!!!!

Birthdays, Stitches, and a Wedding~
