EK Day!

I sit amazed this morning as I reflect on March 27, 2006; the day I held EllaKate for the first time and forever. Every minute of painful waiting vanished and in came complete wholeness as a mom. My arms had ached to hold her and once she was placed in my arms, I knew I loved her immediately. I remember putting my face against her face and not believing I could be holding her. What a miracle!!!!! God is so amazing. He chose this precious baby out of all the babies in China to give to us and it feels like we have always had her. A year has passed and it has been one of the best years of my life! EllaKate has truely been the gift God promised in James 1:17. Thank You Jesus!!!!!
