Zoo & Chinese Restaurant~

Our guide Miko took two families to the Guangzhou Zoo today... funny it was our first visit since we have been here 4 times. :)
It was a great zoo and the kids really like it... especially the elephants and zebras. Evie was scared to death of the giraffes~
 Photos throughout the park~

We were there about 2 hours and then off to lunch @ a local Chinese restaurant... excellent and very cheap~

Ummm... yes, that's a rooster head and the chicken was delish!

Back to the hotel by 1:30 and down for naps!
Another great day and just 3 from HOME!!!

  5. I love to see Evie Baby in that carrier. I'm sure she needs the safety of it. And Payne, forget about it... he is just so yummy. Squeeze those cheeks! Muah!

  7. Looks like you had another good day. I have no idea how you are staying in the hotel all evening everyday, that would drive me nuts! Haha- I know we operate differently though.

You are making this trip look WAY too easy. Come on give us some of the "real stuff" too ;) If you don't, you just might have folks adopting 2 kids every trip!

  10. Hi there, we have never talked before but I have been following your blog for awhile. I just saw Miko. She was our guide when we where there in July. We love her so much. We did not get to say goodbye to her. Please tell her the Waters Family (Amy and Dennis) from Alabama (Lilah's parents) say hello. We hope she is doing well and we miss her so much. We were with Lifeine Agency. Thanks for passing the info along. Hope you are enjoying yourself. And I hope the hotel wasn't badly damaged with the riot that happened a few months ago.
